4. 当社を取り巻く環境や社会情勢の変化に合わせ、個人情報保護の継続的な見直しと改善を行います。
5. 個人情報保護方針は、いつでもお客様がご確認いただけるよう、Webサイトに掲示を致します。

個人情報の取扱い

2. 個人情報に対し、開示・訂正等を求められたときは、合理的な期間、妥当な範囲内でこれに速やかに応じます。また個人情報に関する苦情及び相談について適正に対応いたします。
3. 当社では、個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・個人情報の滅失・破壊・改竄・毀損・漏洩等を防止するための措置を講じます。また当社は、個人情報の取り組みを適時是正し、個人情報の事故を未然に防止するために定期点検を実施いたします。
4. 当社では、お客様の機微情報や要配慮個人情報を直接取得することはございません。取扱う場合は、告知やお客様に直接同意を得てから取得を行います。また、個人情報を第三者提供する業務や外国へ個人情報を提供する業務は行っておりません。
5. 当社では、万が一、個人情報に関わる事故が発生した場合には、速やかにご報告を行うとともに被害の拡大を防止する措置を速やかに講じたうえ、事故の原因を分析し、再発防止する措置を講じます。
